Back in August 2018, and inspired by what was looking to be an eternal summer, I sat down with my equipment and started writing some new material in the hot hot heat of a northern town in England whilst dreaming of floating away over the cool clear blue seas of the Med....

....by the end of September, and having avoided any seasickness by staying in my flat for two months solid, I found myself with 13 new tracks. I then spent several weeks mixing the new material, and by the end of November I had completed a double album's worth of material....

At the time, it was thought by the label that selecting 8 or 9 tracks for a single album release would be preferable, and so it came to pass. Sadly, that left four tracks unreleased....

...so I thought it would be a good idea to revisit the tracks to see if they still stood the test of time, and with a bit of touching up and some fresh mixing, I'm under the impression that they still do....

....so here they are....all that's left to do is dive in and sail on again X
